Remote Support

LogMeIn Rescue gives us remote access to our clients anywhere, any time,, with no end-user deployment or maintainance. With Support Desk's one-stop connection, we can begin troubleshooting online immediately to solve your technical support issue.

Here are the steps involved:

  1. A 6 digit security PIN will be provided to clients by TBSL, to be entered at www.logmein123.com
  2. A window will open asking you to download a file - Click on either Run or Open
  3. You may receive another security window verifying that you want to download the file - Click on Run or Open again
  4. After you have downloaded and installed the application a network streaming window will open and click on "Yes, Grant Full Control"
  5. The support person will then receive a notification and can then remote into your computer.
  6. You may observe the entire process as it happens.
