Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

iQ-WorldLink is the link between roomMaster 2000 and popular GDS reservation services. This interface will automate the importing of reservations from your GDS Company, and in some cases upload rates and inventory.

Software

The Import/Export Wizard is the link between roomMaster 2000 and popular accounting software packages. Additionally, the Import/Export Wizard can import and export important data in widely-used CSV text files, so the roomMaster 2000 data can be used in Microsoft Excel or other programs.

The Export Journal Wizard is unique to roomMaster 2000. This powerful tool contains a scripting language to create custom general journal export files for any accounting software package that supports a general journal import. The export file can also be automatically sent to your accounting office via the Internet during the night audit, all without any user intervention. Interfaces are currently being developed to Great Plains, Solomon, and much more!

Other import/exports

The Import/Export Wizard imports ASCII/text files containing guest profiles, folio transactions, travel agents, company/city ledger accounts, and city ledger invoices. This tool is very useful when converting from another property management system.

The Import/Export Wizard exports the following data in ASCII/text files in CSV format: guest profiles, monthly/daily accounting totals, day end close information, company/city ledger information, travel agents, prospects, reservations, rate history, and sales data. 

TopSpeed ODBC Interface

The TopSpeed ODBC Interface allows you to access roomMaster 2000 data in any ODBC-compliant application, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), Corel WordPerfect, or Crystal Reports.

With the ODBC driver, you have spreadsheet support for graphic and pivot tables, high end query and data-mining tools, corporate-standard report tools such as Crystal Reports, or simple one-shot tasks such as a quick-and-dirty mail-merge using Microsoft Word. Just open up the roomMaster 2000 databases and create your own reports! (Read-only driver)
